Bacon Ranch Beef Stroganoff is a twist on an old classic favorite dish. Egg noodles and ground beef smothered in a creamy sauce that contains a zip of ranch flavor. This one-pot meal is a hot and filling meal that your whole family will love. Preparing this dish in an electric pressure cooker means you don’t have as much work and the kitchen doesn’t heat up from using the stove. Here’s how I make Pressure Cooker Bacon Ranch Stroganoff.

- electric pressure cooker (I used a 6 qt Mealthy MultiPot)
- silicone spoon
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 6 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup real crumbled bacon (I used Hormel)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 packets ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Select the saute setting on the pressure cooker.
Place the ground beef into the pot along with the garlic powder and brown the meat.
Add the noodles and broth to the pot. Make sure you cover as much of the noodles as is possible.
Set the pressure cooker to cook for 8 minutes on manual high pressure.
When the pot has finished cooking, do a quick pressure release.
You may have a small amount of excess liquid in the pot, depending on the size of the noodles you used and how well you covered them. If there’s more than a little liquid just use a slotted spoon to help you drain that out before moving to the next step.
Add the bacon, sour cream and ranch mix to the noodles and mix thoroughly until everything is completely blended.
Serve immediately. Shredded cheddar makes a nice garnish when serving this dish.

We don’t have a pressure cooker. Been thinking about getting one, but they just cost too much feckin money. But this looks really good. I wonder if it’s something I could get my mom to make for me 😛
