I founded my lifestyle blog Mom Knows It All in 2005. The title (and tagline “I Know EVERYTHING – just ask my hubby”) was chosen because many times when my husband and I had a conversation he would look at me and says “well of course, you know everything”. The blog has always about life, family, parenting, tech, travel and more.
Founded in 2007, my food blog From Val’s Kitchen shared recipes, foods and cooking products that let you create a tasty meal without tons of time or special knowledge.
In 2020 I merged Mom Knows It All and From Val’s Kitchen into one site.
The majority of From Val’s Kitchen readers are located in the United States. Approximately 82% are women, with approximately two thirds of them being between the ages of 25-54. Top geographic locations reached include Illinois, Texas, California, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey. More than 60% of readers access From Val’s Kitchen from a mobile device.
I am thrilled to have worked with many companies including Ragu, Bialetti, Colmans, S.O.S., Sweet’N Low and more. I have attended events with well-known companies such as Kraft and Hellmann’s. My recipes have been features on numerous sites including Buzzfeed and Parade.

I really enjoy “concocting” and finding different ways to use new food products in order to create a tasty yet easy-to-prepare dish that your family will love. Recipes are featured in a dedicated sponsored post and include social media mentions. Compensation varies due to the “ask”.
Do you have a cooking related item you’d like me to introduce to my readers? Maybe a new gadget, cookware or appliance? Product Reviews
Do you have a product you’d like reviewed? I enjoy reviewing new products. As a parent leading a busy lifestyle and working in and out of the home, I am naturally interested in time and energy saving products. My family loves to help with reviews, so we can review a wide breadth of products and ages. If you have a family friendly product you’d like an honest review for, please contact me. Some of the things we’d be interested in reviewing include toys, educational products, video games, entertainment items such as movies, clothing, musical equipment, gadgets and computer products.
A product sample is required in order to do a review. After all, how could I review something I hadn’t personally tried. Review products and samples will not be mailed back unless previously arranged. I will not give you an excellent review just because you sent me a free sample. What I will give you is an honest, objective opinion of your product. I try to include my own photos when possible. There is no charge for a product review as long as I receive the product being reviewed. There is a minimum retail value of product that is required for a straight product review.
