Hubby came home after a road trip. He wanted a pot of veggies. So I got fresh potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic then peeled cut, minced and diced, added tomato puree, beef bullion, seasoned to taste, and added chicken breasts then simmered all day. He had firsts, seconds, then thirds.
