- electric pressure cooker (I used a 6 qt Mealthy MultiPot)
- measuring cup
- silicone cooking spoon

- 16 oz pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 10 oz frozen broccoli cuts
- 12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
Place the cup of water into the pot.
Put the pasta into the pot.
Pour the chicken broth into the pot. Try to cover as much of the pasta as possible, which should be all of it or almost all of it.
Set the frozen broccoli on top of the pasta.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has finished, do a quick pressure release.
Pour the milk into the pot and add the shredded cheese to the pot.
Stir well until all of the cheese has melted.
