I have made a couple of different sausage and potato soups before. I wanted to make a hearty version, and I wanted to make it in my Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System so it was a one-pot meal. The resulting soup was in fact hearty and delicious. It was really easy to make, and such a hit I will be making it again. Here’s how I made it.
Sausage And Potato Soup
INGREDIENTS
- 3 lg potatoes
- 1-1.5 lbs Sweet Italian Sausage
- 28 oz can Italian seasoned crushed tomatoes (If you want a “brothier” soup use a little more or possibly add some tomato sauce.)
- 16 oz bag frozen country blend vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans)
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Set Ninja to stovetop high.
Brown the sausage, which takes about 10 minutes. While it is browning peel and cut the potatoes.
When the sausage is almost completely cooked place the potatoes on top of the sausage.
Next add the frozen vegetables.
Pour the crushed tomatoes on top of everything and make sure all potatoes are covered.
Switch the Ninja to oven and set for 375.
Cook for approximately 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.

I love potato soups! This one seems easy enough. Love that you can do it all in one pot.
