Sometimes the simplest meals are the best. One-pot meals are always popular here, because they’re just simpler and often taste better. The dish was tasty and enjoyed by all. I love to cook pasta in the Ninja like I did in this dish because I just love how the flavor of the sauce is really absorbed into the pasta. Plus, less pots to wash and no straining! Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Chicken Penne Alla Vodka
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 lb chicken tenders
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2x 25 oz jars vodka sauce (I used Hoboken Farms Vodka Sauce)
- salt and pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS
Set the Ninja to oven 375.
Add the chicken and the vodka sauce to the Ninja.
Bake for 20 minutes, to cook the chicken.
Add the penne, stirring well to make sure all pasta is covered. If pasta isn’t quite covered, add a little bit of water into one of the jars and pour into the Ninja.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the sauce has absorbed and the pasta is tender.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

I always thought all pastas tasted the same. They really don't.
