- 2x silicone baking mats

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups Halloween Sprinkles

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats.
Place the butter into a small pot.

Place the pot over medium heat and whisk occasionally.
Once the butter has melted, it will begin to get little brown specs.
Remove the butter from the stove top, then set it aside to cool for about 10 minutes
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to a medium sized glass mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the sugar, light brown sugar, and browned butter to a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
Mix on medium speed until fully combined, light and fluffy.

Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and continue to mix on medium speed, until a soft dough has formed.
Add 1 cup of Halloween sprinkles into the cookie dough.

Carefully mix the sprinkles into the dough on low speed.
Use a small cookie scoop to measure out approximately 3 oz of dough into your hands and roll it into a ball.
Place the rest of the sprinkles into a small bowl.
Take the cookie dough ball and roll it in the sprinkles.
Place the dough ball onto the cookie sheet and lightly press down into a thick disk.
Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until firm around the edges but soft in the center.

Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and place it onto a cooling rack in order to allow the cookies to cool off.
