I was a tad skeptical about using an Intant Pot before I used one. I had some worries that it wouldn’tbe safe bsed upon a few things I’d heard many years ago. I am so happy to say I put those concerns aside and gave it a try.One try is all it took for me to fall in love. I cook in the Instant Pot often now. I also share some of those recipes with you. In going through stats for my site throughout the year I have continued to notice that Instant Pot recipes have become the most popular. I thought it would be fun to make a list of what the top 10 Instant Pot recipes on my site were for the year 2017. Here my Top 10 Instant Pot recipes, in order of popularity.

#2 Instant Pot Homemade Hamburger Helper (Beef And Cheese Pasta) – Hubby and I thought this recipe had aHamburger Helper-ish sort of feel. It calls for only 6 ingredients including water.
#3 Instant Pot Gluten-free Porcupine Meatballs – These meatballs are gluten-free and require 7 ingredients including water. They’re tender and tasty, with the rice giving them extra texture and flavor.
#4 Instant Pot Gluten-free Zesty Italian Chicken And Rice – This is a gluten-free rice dish that calls for only 5 ingredients. Italian dressing gives the dish a little zing.
#5 Instant Pot Beef Spaghetti – This is a quick way to make a family favorite dish. It calls for only 6 ingredients including water.
#6 Instant Pot Gluten-free Chicken Corn Chowder – This is one of my favorite soups. It calls for 11 ingredients. In just a short amount of time more than heating canned soups on the stove you can have a whole batch of something homemade that tastes better.
#7 Instant Pot Beefy Broccoli Rice – This recipe came to be after I was in the mood for Beef And Broccoli but didn’t have the right beef. It calls for 7 ingedients including water.
#8 Instant Pot Gluten-free Chicken Broccoli Rice – This filling comfort food recipe highlights the popular flavor combination of chicken and broccoli. It calls for 8 ingredients.
#9 Instant Pot Deviled Egg Potato Salad – Prep for this dish is super simple using the Instant Pot. Calling for 6 ingredients, this simple but tasty side will be a favorite at all of your gatherings.
#10 Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff – This recipe calls for 7 ingredients including ground beef. It’s an inexpnsive spin on traditional stroganoff because it uses ground beef.

These all look delicious! I hope the instant pot comes to Norway soon. I would really like to try to cook with one. I love using my slow cooker for meals so I feel like I would the instant pot as well.
