I’m always hearing about different “food days”. Some I’ve heard of before and some not. One I hadn’t heard of before is Salami Day, celebrated on September 7. Yes, that’s today! Yummo! I recently took ham, salami and pepperoni and make a calzone! I love salami and it is a must on my sandwich every day!

Oh my goodness! My Dad eats salami all the time - to the point we kid him about it. I think I now have some new ammunition.
