This is simple to put together. I make a big batch like this so I can break it down into smaller batches and freeze those for my youngest.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb gluten-free pasta
- 8 oz sharp cheddar
- 4 oz mild cheddar
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 lb salami
- 1/4 lb pepperoni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Boil water for pasta.
Brown the ground beef.
Chop the salami and pepperoni into chunks while the water is on and the ground beef is cooking.
When pasta is cooked, strain.
Place pasta back into pot and place on low heat.
Add the cheeses, butter and milk into the pot and stir well until cheeses are melted.
Add the browned ground beef into the pot and stir well.
Add the salami and pepperoni into the pot and stir well.
Serve.

Have you tried it with any cheese other than cheddar?
That looks delicious!

I can’t convince my husband on gluten free pasta
I have tried every brand and tons of recipes, but he is determined that it isn’t something he likes! I like it though which is fine, since he can eat gluten. This recipe looks great, I bet my kids would love it!
This sounds like a great recipe and easy to make on a weeknight.
