Do you always have leftovers after Thanksgiving dinner? We do. They are some of my most favorite foods. Mashed potatoes. Stuffing. Yummy stuff! If you’re a bit tired of just reheating them here’s something simple that requires almost no work that will leave you with a tasty dish using those same old leftovers. The measurements don’t even have to be specific, just stick close to what I’ve listed below. If you don’t have leftovers, use the guidelines below to make what you need quickly (like in minutes). If you aren’t into turkey, or Thanksgiving, or just want to make this at another time, follow the recipe below. FYI, the recipe works just as well with chicken, just replace the word chicken with the word turkey and follow the recipe the same way.

This looks really tasty. I will have to steal some of the leftovers from my parents house and cook this.

What a neat idea! I would have never thought of turning it into a pie. I often make leftover casseroles.
