Before, when I was morbidly obese, I was almost always hot. Now, I’m almost always chilly or cold. Apparently I lost my insulation. I’m part of a closed online group that’s all had Lap band surgery with my doctor. I asked if anyone else was also always chilly and like 20 people responded yes. I feel better knowing I’m not the only ne. But the lengths I have to go to to get warm are a bit silly, according to my husband. I told him that I always feel warmer if my neck and head are warm, so lots of times if I’m feeling cold I put on my fuzzy robe with the hood. Tonight I was so cold that not only did I have that robe on, my also a hooded sweatshirt underneath it, whose hood I also had up. Is that silly? If that isn’t, does the scarf I also wore push it past the limit and make it silly?
