Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 f.

Use a stand mixer or hand mixer to mix the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until well combined and a soft dough forms.

Use a spoon to scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into about 1 inch sized balls.

Set to the side.

Roll the cookie dough in the candy heart sprinkles.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. (Alternatively, you could use a silicone baking mat.)

Bake for 8-10 minutes

Place one Hershey Kiss in the center of each cookie.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

These cookies are so incredibly cute! I need to get a mixer so I can make these! Somehow I lost the blades to my hand mixer. These cookies are a great excuse to get a new one!

Those are so pretty! And easy – I bet that would be a perfect recipe to make with a child just learning to bake. (Because it reminded me of cookies I made when I was a kid. LOL I was All About the sprinkles. )

These cookies are so cute! I’ve never made them from a box cake mix. I wonder, what is the texture like? Are they soft?

They look so festive and just perfect for the season. I have never tried cookies with store bought cake boxes and looking at the ease of it, I should try making it soon.
