Valentine’s Day Sprinkle Sugar Kiss Cookies are simple thumbprint cookies decorated with a chocolate kiss and candy to make a colorful Valentine’s treat.

Valentine’s Day Sprinkle Sugar Kiss Cookies
Equipment Needed
- stand mixer or hand mixer
- cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. (Alternatively, you could use a silicone baking mat.)
- wire cooling rack
- pot holders
Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- candy heart cake sprinkles
- Hershey Kisses

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 f.
Use a stand mixer or hand mixer to mix the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until well combined and a soft dough forms.
Place the cake mix in the fridge for 5 minutes so the dough can firm up.
Use a spoon to scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into about 1 inch sized balls.
Set to the side.
Roll the cookie dough in the candy heart sprinkles.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. (Alternatively, you could use a silicone baking mat.)
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Remove and place on a cookie cooling rack.
Place one Hershey Kiss in the center of each cookie.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

I love love love those heart sprinkles! I am such a sucker for sprinkles. I've never tried making cookies from cake mix before - so easy!
