One of my favorite things about making cookies is eating the dough. Yes, I know you aren’t supposed to eat pre-made refrigerated cookie dough. But it tastes so good! Today I’m sharing a recipe for Snickers Cookie Dough Bars. For those amongst you that follow the rules, you’ll be happy to know there’s no eggs in the dough for these bars so they’re safe to eat. For those of you that live dangerously, you’ll be happy to know these bars taste good too.

No-Bake Snickers Cookie Dough Bars taste like cookie dough but are safe to eat raw and require no baking! This recipe is perfect for snacking and dessert, and is also great for entertaining groups of any kind. Put these sweet treats out at your next dinner, BBQ, tailgating event, shower, anniversary or holiday gathering and your guests will gobble them right up.

Here’s how to make No-bake Snickers Cookie Dough Bars.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate covered graham crackers, ground
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers, divided

Instructions

Add the ground chocolate covered graham crackers to a medium mixing bowl.

Add 5 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup white granulated sugar to the bowl and mix well.

Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment or wax paper and pack firmly into the pan. Using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass can be helpful with this. Place the pan into the fridge.

Snickers Cookie Dough Bars Recipe

Place 1 stick of softened butter, the brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar and salt into a stand mixer. If you only have a hand mixer, place them into a large mixing bowl. Cream together until light and fluffy.

Add in the vanilla and 3 tablespoons milk.

Add the flour to the mix.

Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of Snickers.

Snickers Cookie Dough Bars Recipe

Take the pan out of the fridge and press the cookie dough on top of the crust.

Add the remaining chips and 1 tablespoon milk to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 40% power until melted, mixing each time you take from the microwave.

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cookie dough. Sprinkle the remaining Snickers on top.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Cut into squares and enjoy!

Probably doable with some effort. I have seen gluten-free graham crackers. It’s the snickers that would be tricky.
