Here’s how to make it.
Equipment Needed
- knife
- cutting board
- round serving tray or plate
Ingredients
- 5 oz bag pepperoni
- 8 oz white cheese slices
- 8 oz orange cheese slices
- black olives
- fresh mozzarella slices
Instructions
Create the shape of a Santa hat by lining the top of a round cutting board with pepperoni.
Add a fresh mozzarella slice to the left side of the pepperoni to create the ball of the hat.
Cut the orange cheese slices into 1-2 inch squares and create a Santa face with them.
Once the orange cheese slices are in position, line the rim of Santa’s hat with fresh mozzarella slices.
Slice the white cheese into 1-2 inch squares.
Create Santa’s beard using the white cheese slices.
Add two pieces of pepperoni to Santa’s face to create cheeks.
Create two eyes using black olives.
Cut out eyebrows & a mustache using a piece of white cheese.
Cut a pepperoni into a mini circle for a nose.
Serve and enjoy!
