  • 2 medium glass bowls
  • small plastic cups (shot cups, pudding cups or bathroom cups)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) evaporated milk, divided
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Godiva chocolate liqueur

White Layer Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup whipped vodka divided
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 ounce unflavored gelatin

Instructions

Add the water and unflavored gelatin to a medium glass bowl, then stir to combine and set aside.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until it’s thickened.

Add the evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder to a medium saucepan, then stir to combine.

Cook over medium-low heat until the mixture begins to simmer.

Add the chocolate mixture into the gelatin mixture and stir until the gelatin is dissolved and there are no clumps.

Add the Godiva chocolate liqueur and vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into 2-ounce plastic shot cups, 3⁄4 of the way full.

Place the shot cups in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until they set.

White Layer Instructions

Add 1/2 cup cold water and 2 packages of unflavored gelatin to a medium sized bowl.

Let sit for 5 minutes until the mixture is thickened.

Add in 1 cup of boiling water and mix until dissolved.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and 1⁄4 cup whipped vodka.

Set the bowl to the side to allow the contents to cool slightly and come to room temperature.

Pour some of the white mixture on top of the chocolate layer until the shot glasses are full.

Return to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy!
