REVIEW – Post-It’s Summer 2011 New Organizational Products

My desk at work is organized. My desk at home – not quite so much. I made a promise to myself that while I’m recovering from surgery I will try to get my desk area at home more organized as soon as I’m physically feeling well enough. Some of the products I plan on using are from a brand all (or at least most of us) are familiar with – Post-It. I use Post-Its all of the time at work and am never without them so I’m hoping they’ll help me get more organized at home as well.

ABOUT POST-ITS

I love all of the new products. The Combination Highlighter and Pen is my favorite. I hate having to put a pen down to switch to a highlighter, this product gives you both and sticky flags at your fingertips to boot! The picture above is of a ton of paperwork that I’ve accumulated has to be gone through – some filed and saved and some shredded. It’s quite a mess, don’t you agree! The new products will help me tame that mess. I’ll be sorting everything. For things that I don’t need to keep long term I’m going to use the Post-It Pockets. Everything else will go into a folder, which I will label with the Durable Tabs. As I scan or shred the contents of each folder I can reuse the tabs. I’ll be using the Post-It Calendar Notes to help stay on track by keeping my schedule and to-do lists on it. These products are all terrific for home organization, but would also be great for school or office use.
