ABOUT KEEBLER 100 CALORIE RIGHT BITES FUDGE DIPPED SANDIES

Sandies Fudge-Dipped Cookies are the latest addition to the 100-Calorie Right Bites product family. They provide rich, indulgent taste and 100 calories per pack. These cookies are also a good source of fiber with 3 grams per serving. They taste great and can be an important part of a smart snacking plan.

MY THOUGHTS

I received a box of Keebler 100 Calorie Right Bites Fudge Dipped Sandies. As someone who’s lost just over 200 pounds I personally love 100 calorie packs, they are a convenient and easy way to be mindful and monitor what I’m eating. Plus, the individual packages stay fresh, whereas a big package of cookies would not. I am happy to say that these cookies did not disappoint. The cookies are buttery and have just enough chocolate to satisfy a craving for something sweet without overshadowing the buttery crunch of the shortbread cookie itself. They’re very tasty and I recommend them highly. With only 100 calories and 3 gram of fiber they’re a smart snack option.

MORE INFO

Kellogg’s tips for smart snacking include:

1. Manage your portions at meal time to balance the addition of 2-3 daily snacks.

2. Aim for snacks that have 200 calories or less and contain fiber or protein. 100-Calorie Right Bites Fudge-Dipped Sandies, for example, have 100-calories and are a good source of fiber!

3. If you’re always on the go, consider pre-packaged portion-controlled snacks or prepare and pack snacks for a whole week at a time (and remember to take them with you).

4. Pair snacks like cookies or crackers with low-fat dairy products or fruits to provide the nutrition you need. A glass (1/2 cup) of low-fat milk goes great with 100-Calorie Right Bites Sandies Fudge-Dipped cookies and you are consuming less than 200 calories.

Portion control helps make packing lunches and snacks quicker–also controls the munchies maybe.
