MY THOUGHTS
I received a copy of the Spring 2012 Eating Light: 400 Calories Or Less bookazine. Inside you will find 103 recipes, as well as tips and techniques. The “16 Tiny Ways to Revamp Your Diet” is great, it offers suggested substitutions to items that we commonly eat, drink and cook with. The recipes inside are terrific! They’re easy to understand, call for ingredients found in most kitchens and grocery stores, and include prep and cooking time and a color photo! Recipes I’m looking forward to trying include Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken, Tortilla Soup, Cheddar Apple Bisque, Seven Layer Dip, Potato Pancakes and Cream Puffs with Dark Chocolate Sauce. My mouth was drooling by the time I finished flipping through this one!
Get this special edition for only $9.99- you can pick up a copy at your local supermarket or bookstore today, or buy a digital version at Zinio.com or Nook.bn.com.

I would love to see what substitutes they are using. Just in time for before summer dieting.
