Another product from the Dei Fratelli family that we got to try recently is the Sloppy Joe Sauce.
From the website – Sloppy Joe’s never had it so good. A robust tomato taste gives your Sloppy Joe’s flavor, flavor, flavor!!!
Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce is super easy to make. Just add the contents of the can to a pound of ground beef, cook and serve.

Once again the color of the Dei Fratelli tomatoes was a deep and vivid red. There were no ingredients in the sauce that I didn’t recognize – Ingredients: Tomatoes, Sugar, Peppers, Vinegar, Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Corn Starch, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic.

The resulting sauce was similar looking to the sloppy joe sauce you may already know but it was actually a little sweeter. It reminded us a little of salsa. (Bad picture, sorry!)

The thought of salsa got me to thinking. I added in 2 cups of shredded cheddar and made a cheesy sloppy joe mix. The mix was the perfect consistency for dipping chips, which we did. Yummy! (Another bad picture, sorry!)

Rather than use it all as a dip I decided to do something else with the rest of the mix. I heated some tortillas, scooped the mix into the shells and served.
Yummy! The tortillas were a quick and tasty meal.
We really enjoyed the flavor of the Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe sauce. I really appreciated that something so tasty and convenient doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients. Plus it was versatile enough that you can use it for sloppy joes, dip or as an ingredient for another dish.
Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce comes in a 15 ounce can. It is available in grocery stores nationwide. If you can’t find it in a store near you it is also available for purchase online.

That looks really good, Valerie. I'm still pulling for you to do some kind of a "homemade" food giveaway one day that you yourself will make. Although, baked goods would probably be the ideal food, due to the fact that it would still be fresh upon delivery. Just an idea. It's just that ALL of your food items look so amazingly good and tasty looking! that surely, it would be a great giveaway! :-)

Just made sloppy joes sans cheese last week only to find out often a lifetime marriage that they are another thing he doesn't like. Go figure. I think they are great.

You always mix up what people like and don't like. It's become almost comical.

That looks really good. Have you ever used their pizza sauce? It is my favorite.
