It’s summertime and despite the heat that frequently means an increase in physical exercise for many. For adults it might mean working out to get or stay in shape for the beach.  For many children there’s still a month left of vacation time left, which means lots more time playing outdoors over what they have during the school year. Some children have sports during the summer, as is the case with my 15 year old who just started football practice.
