Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches are decadent homemade cookies that will delight chocolate lovers and peanut butter lovers alike. These soft and chewy cookies are amazing on their own, but sandwich them together and stuff the middle with frosting and Reese’s candies and you’ve taken cookies to a whole other level. Here’s how to make them.
This recipe makes 6 cookie sandwiches.
Equipment Needed


Ingredients
- Reese’s Pieces candy
- Reese’s Miniatures candy
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk frosting

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the flour, salt, cocoa & baking soda into a mixing bowl.

Mix well & set aside.
Place the brown sugar, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, peanut butter and egg into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl, mixing the contents of both bowls together while combining..
Mix in most of the Reese’s Pieces. Don’t use them all or eat them all as you will need a few for later.

Place tablespoon sized balls of the dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Slightly flatten each ball with a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.

Once the cookies have cooled, add the frosting to half of the cookies.

Place a cookie on top of the frosting to make a cookie sandwich.
Stick Reese’s Pieces and miniatures into the frosting.

Serve & enjoy!
