
Pumpkin pies and other baked goods are just perfect for the fall. This pull apart bread is sure to delight all of the pumpkin lovers in your house, while also delighting those who really enjoy the fun of “finger food”. Not only is is tasty, it’s also really easy to make. Here’s how to do it.
Pull Apart Pumpkin Bread
Equipment Needed
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- Caramel topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray an 8×4 glass loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Add together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and egg stir to combine and set to the side.
Open the can of biscuits and slice each in half in half.
Add your 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Coat each slice of raw biscuit dough with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Lay one slice of dough flat.
Spread some pumpkin mix, then place another biscuit piece on top.
Continue the process with each one. Stack them in sets of four and begin to place in the pan carefully.

Bake for about 18-24 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool before adding caramel drizzle.
Serve and enjoy.
