Equipment Needed

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2x 16 oz cans Bold Manwich
  • 2x 14.5 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb pasta (I used shells)
  • 4 cups of water
  • 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joe Mac And Cheese From Val's Kitchen

Instructions

Place the ground beef into the pot.

Set the pot to saute and brown the ground beef.

Place the pasta into the pot.

Pour the Manwich over the pasta, followed by the petite diced tomatoes.

Pour the water into the pressure cooker.

Put the cover onto the pot and close to seal.

Set pressure cooker to cook on manual 5 minutes.

Once pressure cooker is finished cooking, do a quick pressure release.

Add in the shredded cheese and stir well until cheese has melted.

Serve immediately.
