Tortellini is one of my favorite pastas. I love those tender little stuffed noodles. I like them well enough with just red sauce or butter, but I also enjoy them in different recipes. This particular recipe is a super simple dish to make. It requires only three ingredients, which you may have in you kitchen or can easily get at almost any grocery store. It doesn’t dirty up a ton of pots and pans and doesn’t take hour. Here’s how I make it.
One-Pot Tortellini With Ground Beef
Equipment needed
- Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System (can also use Ninja 4-in-1 Cooking System)
- silicone cooking spoon
- ChopStir
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3x 10.5 oz cans beef gravy
Instructions
Set the Ninja 4-in-1 Cooking System to stovetop high.
Brown the ground beef, using the ChopStir to break the meat up thoroughly.
Once the ground beef is browned, add the tortellini and gravy.
Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving. If the dish is a bit too “liquid-y” you can add a little cornstarch and stir. Before you do that, be aware the dish does thicken when it sits all on its own.
Serve and enjoy.

Never considered pairing a good brown beef gravy with Italian.
Hubby often prefers it. Different taste and texture.
