We had some ground beef to cook recently that had to be cooked right then. I also had mashed potatoes making. I thought to do a meatloaf but wasn’t exactly really in a meatloaf mood. Meatballs it was! These meatballs are about as simple as it gets. And as you may remember, gravy is not my strongest suit so I used jarred which saved me time and energy. These meatballs pair perfectly with mashed potatoes. Here’s how I make them.

My brother would like this dish. I am not a big fan of meatballs because my mom always tried to force feed me porcupine meatballs, a.k.a. meatballs with rice.

This looks like some really nice comfort food. I’ll always associate meatballs with cozy evenings since my grandma used to make them all the time.
