- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 6 med-lg potatotes, peeled and cubed
- 1x 12 oz steamable mixed vegetables
- 1x 28 oz can crushed tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano seasoned)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Country Bobs
On the stovetop high setting, brown chicken, which takes about 10 minutes.
Switch the setting to oven 375.
Place potatoes and mixed vegetables over the potatoes.
Pour the crushed tomatoes over top.
Put a cup of water into the tomato can to get our the tomato left in there. Add in the seasonings and stir. Pour the mixture on top.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
