We love lasagna. This dish is sort of a lasagna, made with cheese ravioli instead of lasagna noodles. It’s really flavorful. I used the NInja 3-in-1 Cooking System to make it, which means it’s pretty effortless to make and the kitchen doesn’t get super hot like it would if you cooked the dish in an oven. Here’s how I made it.
Easy Cheesy Ravioli Bake
Ingredients
- 2x 12 oz packages frozen square ravioli
- 23 oz jar think and chunky sauce
- 12 oz shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 8 oz ricotta
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set Ninja to oven 400 f.
Place thin layer of sauce on bottom of Ninja.
Create a layer of ravioli. The Ninja easily fits 12 total in a layer, which is 3 rows of 4.
Place thin layer of sauce on the ravioli.
Place 6 oz shredded cheddar jack on top of ravioli.
Create a layer of ravioli.
Place thin layer of sauce on the ravioli.
Place the ricotta cheese on the ravioli.
Place 6 oz shredded cheddar jack on top of the ricotta cheese.
Create a layer of ravioli.
Place thin layer of sauce on the ravioli.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.

I sometimes buy baked ravioli at my local wholesaler. Must try and compare for taste, price, convenience.
