Easy One Pot Cheesy Bacon Chicken And Pasta Recipe For The Ninja Cooking System

We'd love it if you shared it!

One Pot Cheesy Bacon Chicken And Pasta Recipe

Did you read my Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System review? If you did you know I think it’s awesome. I have been using it a lot and yes, this meal was made in it too. Check it out!

When I think of my favorite chicken sandwiches they all involve cheese, and many involve bacon. I have made this pasta recipe before on the stove, which took two pans. I decided to give it a whirl using the Ninja 3-in-1 cooking system. It isn’t pretty to look at but it tastes pretty good and is a very filling and tasty meal. In reality it’s no prettier this way then when made on the stove.  Here’s how I made it.

Cheesy Bacon Chicken And Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 lb pasta shells
  • 16 oz Ragu Creamy Tomato Sauce
  • 4-8 oz shredded cheese (depending on how cheesy you like your food)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (I used Hormel)

INSTRUCTIONS

With the cooking system on stovetop mode, brown the chicken. This takes a little under 10 minutes.

Pour the pasta shells over the chicken.

Pour the water over the cooked chicken.

Pour the sauce over top, also adding about 6 oz of water into the jar to get whatever didn’t come out.

Stir well.

Cook on high for about 10 minutes.

Sounds like a great way to prepare casseroles and one dish meals.

I haven't read your ninja cooking system review, but holy moly, this pasta dish looks sooo good! I think I'll try making it in a regular saucepan.

I love pasta and this looks like it is really easy to make using this cooking system. I would love to try to make this here at home.

Our favorite is a garlic alfredo. Then we do add a little bit of bacon and frozen peas to the mix - perfect!
