When Draculaura is led to believe she’s the rightful heir to the vampire throne, she and her best ghoulfriends are whisked away to Transylvania for a royal coronation to die for. But they soon discover the hunt for the queen is not over yet. The Ghouls must locate an ancient artifact known as the Vampire’s Heart in order to discover the identity of the true Vampire Queen. It’s a fangtastic adventure that will lead them from the Tower of Londoom, to a haunted river boat in New Goreleans and finally to the glamorous boo-vie lots of Hauntlywood. Could this be the moment when Draculaura finally receives her vampire powers and discovers screams really can come true?
Monster High unleashes its newest ghouls with the release of Frights, Camera, Action! The DVD and toys are available at Target, Amazon, and Toys R’ Us. Operetta, Clawdeen Wolf, Honey Swamp, Elissabat and more of your favorite Monster High characters come to life with new action dolls! The line also includes playsets like the Premier Party Playset and Dressing Room Playset.

My Monster High fanatic of a daughter was more than thrilled to receive Viperine Gorgon to help me test out! As soon as she spotted her, Viperine immediately became her new favorite amongst at least 10 other Monster High dolls she has. The fabulous pink hair complete with medusa-like snakes did her in! I’ll admit, she’s my favorite too.

The new DVD, Frights, Camera, Action! also doesn’t disappoint. I’ll be the first to admit that I wasn’t so sure about the Monster High craze when I first heard about it, but after watching the movies with my daughter, I’ve become a fan. They’re ghoulishness is cute, in a very unique way of course! Frights, Camera, Action! includes several new characters for your child to love and, as always, important lessons for pre-teen girls. I like the mystery-adventure storyline, which kept us guessing through the movie.
