Lucky Leaf Pinterest Contest Entry Pin

I love Pinterest. I can fall in there and not come out for hours. There’s just so much good stuff in there! It’s a great place to find ideas for new things, as well as variations of things you already know how to do.

Lucky Leaf is currently holding the Good Things Spring contest over on Pinterest. It’s super easy to enter. All you need to do is log in to Pinterest and create a board called Good Things. Spring. then, add at least six pins to the board. Three of those pins must be Lucky Leaf recipes. The other three pins can be any type of thing that is related to spring that inspires you. Be sure to add the #LuckyLeafLuckyMe hashtag when creating your board and sharing. That’s it! Oh, don’t forget to follow Lucky Leaf of course!

I’ve tried a number of Lucky Leaf recipes. Here’s my latest favorite – Cherry Cheese Danish – which is included in my Lucky Leaf Pinterest board.

  • 2x 8-ounce tubs refrigerated crescent dough sheets or dinner rolls
  • 1x 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1x 21-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Regular or Premium Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unroll 1 package of crescent dough and fit into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Please pardon my top crust, it should look much nicer then that. The can wouldn’t open and I had to attack it with a kitchen knife to get the crescent roll dough out. Attacking a can with a knife and baking at 11 pm got me a couple of strange looks from my 17 year old. 🙂
