There are no chapters in this book. This book contains a month’s worth (30) of meals. Each meal generally contains several recipes. The recipes are all very clearly written and easy to understand. Every recipe is accompanied by a large, gorgeous color photo. I really appreciate that each recipe clearly lists prep and cooking time prominently right up at the top. I find this convenient feature invaluable for helping me determine what recipe I want to try and if I have time to do so. I like that this cookbook doesn’t just provide a recipe, it provides a meal solution including sides and dessert too. This cookbook would be especially helpful for beginners as it will help them build skills and confidence.
