Instant Pot Chicken Bacon Ranch Rice combines three favorite flavors to make a filling comfort food. This gluten-free recipe is easy to make and leftovers reheat well.

Instant Pot Gluten-free Chicken Bacon Ranch Rice Recipe From Val's Kitchen

I have another gluten-free rice dish for you. This one may not be the prettiest, but it is pretty tasty. It mixes together one of my favorite combinations – chicken, bacon and ranch. The dish reheats really well, which is a good part of its appeal for me since my youngest loves it and can bring it to school for lunch. The dish is very filling, as well as very easy to put together. Here’s how I make it.

Still don’t own an instanta pot. I just re-create using a different method. We eat tons of rice and who doesn’t love bacon. Would make a great side dish.

This combination sounds delicious. It almost looks creamy like a risotto. Wonder if you can make it in a slow cooker vs. insta pot?

I remember when my youngest was first diagnosed, the change can be rather intimidating. Once you learn where gluten hides it continually gets simpler to cook gluten-free.
