Whether you want something rich and creamy, soft and decadent, or crumbly and sharp, there’s a cheese for your every craving. This tasty collection of recipes features everything from Gruyere to Gouda, cheddar to chevre.

With recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snack time, this cookbook is a delicious indulgence that’s perfect for parties, special celebrations, or any day of the week!

I love cheese. Hubby often teases that I can’t make a dish without it. I can, I just don’t want to. Always up for checking out new recipes, particularly if they involve one of my favorite things, I was happy to be offered the opportunity to review this cookbook.

Chapters in this cookbook include:

  • Appetizers, Sides and Salads
  • Main Dishes
  • Desserts

The recipes are all easy to understand. They call for ordinary ingredients that you’ll likely find right in your nearby grocery store. Almost every other page in this cookbook has a beautiful, full-color photo to go with the recipe. I think photos are necessary, they draw you in and make you want to make something, and they show you what that something should look like. The recipes do not list prep time, and cooking time is only listed in the recipe so you have to read through it to find out. I do prefer to see these things listed at the top of a recipe since they are partially what I base my decisions of what to try making on. There are a lot of recipes in this cookbook that I’d like to try. Some of those are the Bacon Cheddar Cheeseball, Pinwheel Rolls, Easy Margherita Pizza, and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.

This cookbook would be perfect for anyone that loves cheese, as well as those who enjoy entertaining.

Long ago I decided I was overweight and wanted to eat healthy. So I went on a cheese diet–chocolate cheese, munster cheese, smoked cheese, wine cheddar, and more. I gained weight but the cheese was so-o-o good.
