I love pasta, especially when they’re in a casserole. The texture and flavor of everything all combined in a tasty, hot, melty sauce just makes my belly happy. This pasta bake casserole is very cheesy, courtesy of both the sauce and the shredded cheese. It’s simple to make and very filling. Here’s how I made it.
Cheddar Beef Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 lb ground beef
- 16 oz jar Ragu Double Cheddar pasta sauce
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 f.
Boil the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef.
Drain the pasta and add in the ground beef.
Add in cheese sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and 4 oz of the shredded cheddar and stir well.
Sprinkle the remaining 4 oz of shredded cheddar across the top of the pasta.

Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

This pasta bake looks so easy to make during the week when I am super busy with work and running around with my boys to basketball practices. I can definitely make this for them.
