In honor of Black History Month, The Family Theater Company and The Westchester Broadway Theatre proudly present Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn at The Westchester Broadway Theatre in Elmsford February 2nd-26th. Mark Twain’s timeless classic sweeps the audience down the mighty Mississippi as the courageous Huck Finn frees a salve and transcends the prejudice of their time. Through powerful dialogue and heartfelt song, a vibrant cast lead by breakout star, FaTye, brings the timeless themes of diversity, acceptance, respect and freedom front and center.

FaTye, now a Westchester resident, was born in the South Bronx and spent much of his life in and out of New York City’s foster care system before going on to graduate from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and landing the leading role in the Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
