Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 6-8 slices mozzarella cheese (use 3-4 slices for each sandwich you’d like to make)
- 16 pieces sliced pepperoni (use 8 for each sandwich you’d like to make)
- pizza sauce
- butter
Instructions
Plug in the air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
Lay out 4 slices of bread.
Spread a thin layer of butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce onto two slices of bread, placing it on the non-buttered side.
Place the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni onto the other two slices of bread, again on the unbuttered side.
Place the slices of bread on top of each other to create two sandwiches. Be sure to leave the butter side facing up.
Place the sandwiches in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes or until bread has fully toasted.
Remove the sandwiches from the air fryer and serve immediately.
