Here’s how to make No-bake Snickers Cookie Dough Bars.
Equipment Needed
- large mixing bowl
- medium mixing bowl
- stand mixer OR hand mixer and mixing bowl
- 8×8 square baking pan
- measuring cup
- measuring spoons
- parchment paper OR wax paper

Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate covered graham crackers, ground
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons milk, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
- 2 cups chopped Snickers, divided

Instructions
Add the ground chocolate covered graham crackers to a medium mixing bowl.
Add 5 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup white granulated sugar to the bowl and mix well.
Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment or wax paper and pack firmly into the pan. Using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass can be helpful with this. Place the pan into the fridge.

Place 1 stick of softened butter, the brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar and salt into a stand mixer. If you only have a hand mixer, place them into a large mixing bowl. Cream together until light and fluffy.
Add in the vanilla and 3 tablespoons milk.
Add the flour to the mix.
Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of Snickers.

Take the pan out of the fridge and press the cookie dough on top of the crust.
Add the remaining chips and 1 tablespoon milk to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 40% power until melted, mixing each time you take from the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cookie dough. Sprinkle the remaining Snickers on top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Cut into squares and enjoy!

These look delicious, do you think it would be easy to adapt and make gluten-free?

Probably doable with some effort. I have seen gluten-free graham crackers. It's the snickers that would be tricky.
