Bacon and cheese – it’s such a great combination. Bacon and tomatoes also a great partnership. Add in some ground beef, which goes perfectly with all of them, and you have Bacon Cheeseburger Goulash. This is a simple, tasty meal that you can easily modify that your family will fall in love with. Use an electric pressure cooker to make it and save you time and energy and you have Instant Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Goulash. Here’s how I make it.

Instant Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Goulash
Equipment Needed

- measuring cups
- silicone cooking spoon
Pyrex 3-Piece Glass Measuring Cup Set
iNeibo Kitchen Silicone Mixing Spoon
Instant Pot DUO60 6 Qt 7-in-1 Multi-Use Programmable Pressure Cooker
Sweese 26oz Porcelain Fluted Bowls, Set of 6

- 1 lb small pasta (I used elbows)
- 32 oz carton beef broth
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 cups bacon

Instructions
Place the ground beef into the pot of the pressure cooker.
Set the cooker to saute and brown the ground beef.
Once the ground beef is browned, add in the broth, pasta, seasoning and tomatoes.
Stir the contents of the pot well and be sure that the pasta is completely covered.
Place the lid on the pot and set the vent to the “sealed” position.
Set the pressure cooker to cook for 5 minutes on the manual high pressure setting. (If you prefer your pasta al dente then only cook for 4 minutes.)
Once the cooking cycle has finished, do a quick pressure release.
Add 8 oz of Velveeta cheese to the pot and stir continually until it’s melted.
Add the bacon to the pot and stir continually until it’s melted.
Serve immediately.

I make goulash at least once a month. As well as cheeseburgers. It would be amazing to try this recipe so I could make both dishes at the same time.

You had me at bacon. Granted I will probably make this dish with ground turkey and turkey bacon, it is definitely being added to my Instant Pot recipe files. Looks so good.

Looking at the pictures makes me drool over this and wanting to taste it on my own. I'd love to try this and knowing that there is bacon on it makes me more excited to try on.

This goulash sounds so amazing. I think I would really enjoy the combination of cheeseburger and bacon. It sounds like it was easy to make too.
