I’m doing something a little different this week for Menu Ideas Monday. I know many people are getting ready for Easter. So I decided to go with an Easter theme this week. Peeps are huge! I remember them being in just about every Easter basket that I received as a child. They used to be available only at Easter time. Now they’re more popular then ever, and you can get them for other holidays too! Nevertheless, Easter will always be the holiday I think of first when I think about Peeps. So with that in mind, I’ve gathered up 20 recipes that use Peeps or marshmallow and am sharing them with you, with permission of course.
