I love lasagna. I make a really good lasagna. And yet somehow despite years of making lasagna and using the noodles, I never thought of using lasagna noodles for anything other then lasagna. This picture is of lasagna rollatini, which was sort of lasagna sliced, breaded and fried. It was fantastic! What kinds of dishes have you made with lasagna noodles?

It was delicious. I'm thinking of trying to do something different with lasagna noodles myself.
