I love sliced chicken like you get from the deli on a sandwich. I love chicken parm. I haven’t tried it yet but I can’t imagine Chicken Parm Deli Meat on a sandwich. I always use mayo on my sandwiches. This has marinara sauce in the ingredients. Marinara sauce and mayo? Again, I haven’t tried it, but I just don’t think so. Have you tried this or seen it? What do you think? What’s the oddest new deli meat or cold cut that you’ve ever seen?

I work for Boar's Head so I'm kind of a lunch meat snob so this sounds kind of yucky to me. Intriguing, but yucky.

For me it isn't that I'm a lunch meat snob. I like mayo on my sandwiches and this just doesn't sound like something (marinara) that belongs on a cold cut sandwich with mayo.

I'm sorry to say this, "Yuck!" When I buy cold cuts, I like to buy them as just turkey, beef, chicken, or ham. If I want to flavor them, I will make my sandwich with different flavors. This is really too processed for me.

I don't mind some flavors, but my favorites are rather simple because I like the taste of things like cheese to be able to come through.

I've never heard of it but I would probably give it a try and sample it.

I'm going to have to keep an open mind and ask them for a sample next time I'm there.

Logs of flavored turkeys and chicken now available as coldcuts. Gone afre the days of making a chicken then making a sandwich from leftovers.

For chicken from the deli counter I like the fairly simple catering style or roasted chicken the best, followed by the rotisserie seasoned.
