- 1x 9 inch graham pie crust (regular also works, just tastes a little less sweet)
- 1x 21 ounce can Lucky Leaf apple pie filling
- 1x 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (this can be omitted, as many pie fillings have some already in it)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice.
Pour mixture into the pie shell, forming bottom layer.
Combine apple pie filling and cinnamon in small bowl.
Pour apple pie filling mixture over bottom layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the crust is a light golden brown.
Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
