Thanksgiving may be over but I’m still cooking up a storm. You could say that my inner foodie appeared along with the colder weather. That’s probably because winter is probably my favorite time to cook. It heats up the kitchen and the house, and it’s comforting an satisfying all at once. A number of my favorite cooking items come from Kohl’s. If it has to do with cooking, chances are good they have it. Dishes, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, small appliances, gadgets, you get the picture. My most recent finds were all part of the Food Network line. They include: a fluted mold (which I used to make my Easy Oreo Truffle Filled Bundt Cake), a 16 quart stock pot (which I make things like soups and most recently some Easy Homemade Chili), an awesome roasting pan that is so much better then the disposables I’ve been using, and a deviled egg carrier that I can’t wait to use.

Kohl’s recently asked people to unleash their inner foodie through the  Kohl’s Food Network Sweepstakes. Each week eaders are being encouraged to share their favorite tips and food photos for a chance to win a $500 Kohl’s gift card. Through January 5, 2014, Kohl’s has a weekly topic.
