The folks at Steakhouse Elite recently asked me a question. They asked me what makes a burger great? Is it the sauce? Perhaps the way it’s cooked? The toppings? My personal opinion is that it’s a combination of things – the quality of meat, how you cook it and what’s on/in it. My most favorite way to eat a burger is a simple cheeseburger, medium rare, with a little mayo on a potato roll. I do like lots of other burgers, but this one has always been my favorite. For me, burgers taste best when made with a quality ground beef and cooked medium rare.
Steakhouse Elite products are made with Kobe crafted beef, made from only 100% American raised Wagyu cattle to ensure the highest standards of production and food safety. Kobe-Crafted beef is a combination of American Kobe-Style beef and traditional beef to produce products rich in flavor and ideal in texture.

Steakhouse Elite hamburgers are pre-formed, which I find very convenient. They’re pretty lean, but still cook up juicy and tasty without being too fatty.

We didn’t have a grill when we received our box of product so I just cooked them on the stove. They were juicy and delicious, exactly the way I like them.

The Steakhouse Elite hot dogs come six to a package.

We had to boil them. It was great to not have a pot full of greasy, oily water when they were done, which has happened with other hot dogs.

We also received Steakhouse Elite Ground Beef to try. The beef is very pink, without tons of fat. I’m not exactly sure how lean it is, I actually didn’t notice that mentioned on the package. I used it to make mini meatballs.
Steakhouse Elite is sold in major grocery stores nationwide including A&P, Acme, Balducci’s, Food Emporium, Foodtown, FreshDirect, Kings, Pathmark, Publix and SuperFresh.

You definitely need great meat and a good bun for a good burger. And lots of cheddar cheese!

Those burgers look tasty mine would have had to be well done. I am too scared to eat anything pink.

I think the qualities that make a great burger are juiciness, great flavor, and well cooked. I love hamburgers and am always looking to enjoy a great one.
