Star Spangled Blue Cocktail

Equipment Needed

• 2 small plates
• large bar shaker

24 oz Premium Stainless Cocktail Shaker Bar SetChef’s Star 15 Ounce Stemless Wine Glasses, Set of 6

Ingredients

• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 1 0z Passion fruit rum
• 1/2 oz of Bacardi rum
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 cup ice
• sugar
• simple syrup

Instructions

Use the 2 small plates to create the garnish.

Add simple syrup to one plate.

Add sugar to the other plate.

Dip a glass into the simple syrup first and then into the sugar.

Set to the side.

Add all of the liquors to a large bar shaker and shake to combine.

Fill a glass with 3/4 of ice.

Pour the pineapple juice into the glass.

Add the liquors.

Enjoy!
