This beautiful blue drink is simple to make and would be a perfect choice to add to your gathering’s cocktail menu. It’s simple to make, requiring only a shaker and two plates to make. Equipment Needed

  • 2 small plates
  • large bar shaker

24 oz Premium Stainless Cocktail Shaker Bar Set24 oz Premium Stainless Cocktail Shaker Bar SetChef’s Star 15 Ounce Stemless Wine Glasses, Set of 6Chef’s Star 15 Ounce Stemless Wine Glasses, Set of 6

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 0z Passion fruit rum
  • 1/2 oz of Bacardi rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • sugar
  • simple syrup

Instructions

Use the 2 small plates to create the garnish.

Add simple syrup to one plate.

Add sugar to the other plate.

Dip a glass into the simple syrup first and then into the sugar.

Set to the side.

Add all of the liquors to a large bar shaker and shake to combine.

Fill a glass with 3/4 of ice.

Pour the pineapple juice into the glass.

Add the liquors.

Enjoy!

    Yes! I choose my cocktails based on either the name or the color. They have to be fun! This one is perfect for the holiday – name and color! Those ingredients sounds pretty tasty, too.

    Very nice cocktail and appropriate for the July Fourth celebrations. Love the color very nice blue that you achieved, I bet it is also tasty. I do not know why but many people have a fancy for blue drinks =)
