Now, in her first cookbook, Candace opens up her recipe vault to bring you 100 irresistible desserts she can’t live without. You’ll learn all the secrets for making 50 beloved Sprinkles Cupcakes, from iconic red velvet to new flavors created exclusively for the book, like crème brûlée.

But Candace doesn’t stop there. THE SPRINKLES BAKING BOOK is filled with all-American classics that will appeal to everyone in your family and on your dinner party guest list. So, don’t hold back. Treat yourself to this sweet cookbook and share in the fun!

When I received my copy of The Sprinkles Baking Book and looked through it, I could imagine the aroma of treats baking, which is probably one of my favorite smells. This cookbook contains 100 recipes for lovely looking desserts.

Chapters include:

  • Pantry & Equipment
  • Everyday Cupcakes
  • Fancy Cupcakes
  • Seasonal Cupcakes
  • Sprinkles Mash-ups
  • Cookies.
  • Brownies & Bars
  • Loaves & Quick Breads
  • Pies & Tarts

  • Special Occasion Cakes
  • Birthday Cakes
  • Candies, Puddings & Other Sweets

The Pantry & Equipment chapter is very helpful. It contains a lot of great information that would be helpful to anyone, especially those setting up their first kitchen. Recipes are clearly written and easy to follow. Ingredients were all items that you should be able to find at your local grocery store. Each of the recipes is accompanied by a lovely color photo. You need to read through each recipe in order to find cooking time, which is something I really like to see highlighted at the top since it is a determining factor when deciding if I have time to try a recipe. Along with the recipes, you will also find numerous tips helpful tutorials including how-to photos throughout the book. This cookbook would be ideal for anyone interested in baking, whether novice or experienced.

We have a Sprinkles location here in Las Vegas and their cupcakes rock! I would love to be able to recreate a few of their treats at home.

I would take that to mean that they were home versions of the recipes.
