Ingredients 

  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Place the flour, baking powder & salt into a mixing bowl and combine.

Set aside.

Use a stand mixer or a hand mixer and large glass mixing bowl to combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. 

Slowly combine the dry & wet ingredients.

Add the chocolate chips to the mixture.

Stir gently to mix in the chocolate chips.

Pour the cookie batter into a medium sized skillet.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. 

When preparing to plate you can top the cookie with some ice cream if you like.
