We'd love it if you shared it!

One-Pot Sausage Pasta Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System - From Val's Kitchen

One-pot meals are great because they don’t dirty up lots of pots or dishes. The Ninja is great because you can cook like you would on the stove or in the oven without heating up the kitchen, all while using only one pot. This sausage and pasta recipe is very simple, and one that I have made many times on the stovetop. I had some sausage I needed to cook up and decided to make it in the Ninja.  Here’s how I made it.

One-Pot Sausage Pasta Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage links
  • 1 lb pasta (I used rotini)
  • 24 oz jar of chunky pasta sauce
  • 24 oz water
  • 3-4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (or you could use grated parmesan if you prefer)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Set Ninja to stovetop high.

Brown the sausage for about 3-4 minutes,  making sure to flip over to get both sides.

Remove sausage from Ninja. Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces and return to Ninja.

Add the sauce and the water and bring to a boil.

I’m loving my 4-in-1 Ninja. It’s so versatile. No need to mess up the stove. Still trying to get the pasta dishes just right. I like al dente, so too soft for me isn’t appealing. There are differences in high altitude cooking...

Thanks for this quick idea !

I don't have a ninja but sounds like I would like it. I do like this recipe and will attempt it in a regular pot on the stove top!
