MY THOUGHTS

I received a copy of Holiday Slow Cooker.

Chapters include:

  • Ringing In The Year
  • Fun In the Sun
  • Fall Celebrations
  • Happy Holidays

While the book is very colorful, with lots of images of holiday icons, I do wish there were more pictures of the recipes themselves. That being said, the recipes are all straightforward and easy to understand. They clearly list prep and cooking time. The cookbook has a good mix of recipes – there are some old familiar recipes,  and some things I haven’t had. This would be a good cookbook for anyone looking for simple recipes to serve when entertaining.
